Classes

3’s Class

The 3’s Class focuses on independence and socialization skills by learning through developmentally appropriate play.  Children will gain these skills as well as be introduced to fine and gross motor skills through hands-on/sensory activities such as arts and crafts, music, outdoor play, free-choice centers, and more. Children will learn listening skills, how to follow one step directions, and basic classroom etiquette as most are being introduced to the classroom setting for the first time.

  • Sharing and Classroom Manners ( Following Directions, Taking Turns etc.)
  • First Name Recognition
  • Fine and Gross Motor Skill Development

The 3’s Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-11:45am, September through May.

Enrollment Requirements:

  • Children must be 3 years old by September 1st if enrolling for the entire year. If your child does not turn 3 until later in the year, they may be enrolled in the class once they turn 3 as long as space is still available.
  • Children must be fully toilet trained by the first day of class, however, pull-ups will be allowed in the 3’s Class as a safety net for new trainees.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Completed registration form. All registration forms can be found in the Parent Center.
  • Up-to-date immunization records.
  • Enrollment must be done in-person.

Tuition:

2024-2025: $149 per month (Residents)/ $170 per month (Non-Residents)

4’s and 5’s Pre-K Class 

The Pre-K class is designed to build upon each child’s fine and gross motor skills as well as basic concepts learned in the 3’s preschool class to prepare them for Kindergarten.  Each child will be introduced to writing their own name, recognizing their first and last name, as well as letters both upper and lower case and numbers 1-20. The Pre-K class is both academic and social skill focused to prepare each child for Kindergarten.  Each week is theme based with participation in fine arts, creative movement, music and outdoor play.

  • Recognition of Letters, Number, Colors, Shapes, Days/Months
  • Recognition of first and last name, uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers 1-20
  • Introduction to writing their own name
  • Learning multi-step directions
  • Building upon fine and gross motor skills (coordination, writing/tracing etc.)

The Pre-K Class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am-12:00pm, September through May.

  • Children must be 4 years old by September 1st if enrolling for the entire year. If your child does not turn 4 until later in the year, they may be enrolled in the class when they are of age as long as space is still available.
  • Children must be fully toilet trained by the first day of class.
  • Birth certificate.

Enrollment Procedures

  • Enrollment for 2024-2025 school year is now open. Registration for Residents begins April 15th, 2024 and Non-Residents on April 22nd, 2024.
  • To enroll, you will need the following: Copy of child’s Birth Certificate, up-to-date immunization records, and the Completed Registration Form.
  • A parent handbook and preschool packet will be given to you at the time of enrollment. Preschool packet forms must be returned by the 1st day of class.
  • Enrollment must be done in person at our office, 33325 N. Sears Blvd. in Wildwood IL 60030.
  • Enrollment is ongoing throughout school year, if classes have remaining spots available in current year.
