2025 Consolidated Elections

PUBLIC NOTICE: Wildwood Park District Board of Commissioners 2025 Consolidated Elections

The Wildwood Park District will have three (3) board commissioner seats up for election in the 2025 Consolidated Elections. The election for office will take place on April 1, 2025 when potential candidates can vie for three seats, including two full six-year terms and one unexpired two-year term.

Potential candidates can find election information on the Wildwood Park District’s website at www.wildwoodparkdistrict.com/about-us/board/#elections, and may pick up Petition Packets at the Wildwood Park District office (33325 N. Sears Blvd., Wildwood, IL 60030) and begin circulating petitions on August 20, 2024. Petitions should be filed at the Wildwood Park District office between November 12 and 18. Office hours are as follows:

  • November 12-15: 9am – 4pm
  • November 16-17: Office Closed
  • November 18: 9am-5pm

Those interested in running for a Wildwood Park District Board of Commissioners seat must be a Wildwood Park District resident for at least one year prior to election day and must not be in arrears in the payment of a tax or other indebtedness due to the park district or has been convicted in any court located in the United States of any infamous crime, bribery, perjury, or other felony.

The Wildwood Park District is governed by five resident-elected, non-compensated, non-partisan Commissioners. All Commissioners who serve on the Board are current Wildwood Park District residents and serve for a six year term of office.
